While WLBA freely provides its services to any business or organization in the district that is in need of support, many have opted to take the next step and become supporting members by contributing annual dues. Their support enables WLBA to cover the few administrative costs it incurs (no bricks & mortar or paid staff) and to support activities that enhance the overall well-being of the district.
